Scarlet witch drops blocks after gaining a regen

I know blocked drops are a bug that is affecting some players including myself, but I have noticed that nearly everytime I get a regen buff with sw, immediately after my next block fails (gets delayed or punched through), anyone else notice this? Can it be tested please
