    Well... I want to say NO because I have her. But we all remember 12.0 and the horrors of the nerf hammer, even though Kabam said that they didn’t plan on nerfing anybody. Now Kabam seems to be working on a massive update with a lot of changes... like 12.0. They’ve also been offering A LOT of deals with the top tier champions (Blade, Spark, Angel etc.)... like 12.0. So I’m hoping they won’t, but they probably will :-(
