MODOK synergy w/ Ultron

I just got MODOK a little bit ago but just read up on him and his spotlight says he has a synergy with ultron but that's not the case for me in game.... Did it get switched or something because I can't find any talk regarding it.

    I think that synergy is only available for the 5* Modok. I was pretty bummed myself when I found out it wasn’t included in the 4*
