I have no "Appreciation Badge" and support answering generic answers about it

I've noticed that I don't have an "Appreciation Badge" , so I opened a support ticket and attached my profile picture.
The response I got is generic one without even looking at the image:

I asked again to look the profile image that I sent, and again they totally ignored my email:

I don't know where a can post my issue,
I hope this issue will be resolved

That "red medal" in our profile probably is just a typo.
No one got that if I'm correct
