Rogue ability not working against iceman

I have noticed that Rogue is not shrugging of the cold snap at start of fight as fast as she does when it applied after that

Really? Worked for me against ice phoenix but haven't fought any icemen recently. You should state what game mode and what device you were using or else this is kinda pointless
