Disappointing

Hey Kabam,

This is one of your eldest MCOC players. Been playing for over 3 years but I am seriously thinking of quitting after feeling I have been treated with disrespect and greed.

I have spent / invested a lot in the game in the last three years and I have been an alliance leader for the last 35 months. However, the rewards I am getting from the crystals is ridiculously outrageous. For example, 90% of my T4 class catalyst crystals have given me a tech catalyst (that’s not even registered as a probability with 6 possibilities available), my Blooletting bundle has returned nothing but 3*s and previous featured crystals have been a major disappointment. I will not even mention that I have a decent collection of useless 5* champs.

I am not familiar with how your rewarding system works but it definitely needs upgrading and/or updating.

Also, you should consider updating/upgrading personal and alliance rewards based on experience (date of registration in the game), the level of the players, the alliance rating and the alliance activity.

For example, why would a 2 year old, 10million alliance even bother with duel rewards? Give more incentives to your elders to keep them in the game. We have been supportive for years, show us some gratitude.

Please consider my comments seriously as I am expressing the concerns of many summoners. Losing your eldest summoners would be to your detriment.

I am on the same boat mate,for me the worst thing is the horrible 5* drop.there is no solution for this,the new 5* featured crystal,the GMC crystals and the new 5* arena are ****,no chance to get a good 5* hero.
