Game does not acknowledging commands

Hello I have a issue when my champion does not react to my commands I gave them by swiping on screen. In past days it happended to me so many times that I think it’s not my fault at all.
Issue is when swiping back my chapions just stay at place and do nothing and takes either block damage from opponent counter attack my “inactivity” or does not block at all and I get wrecked.
Also same thing happens even in attack position where instead of doing 5th attack of my combo my hero also just stays at place do nothing. It cost me a lost revives and potions in aq last days and happened so many times in arena grinding. Even tho my display on iPad Air 2 is working fine without any issues.
I tried to reinstall the game to try if it helps but without any success. Is it only me or others have this issue too? Or is it just some iPad Air 2 problem.
