Newer player, only been playing for a little over 2 months. I have what I think most would consider a normal mastery build to this point. I’m still mastering intercepting and take more block damage than most. What should I unlock next; recovery, petrify or despair? I’m on my 37 mastery point.

    Recovery is a great mastery if you use champs that Regen or use willpower and suicides.

    Not what I'm asking. Look forward at what it takes to unlock the next mastery and subsequent tiers.

    At level 37, you'll be getting mastery points fairly quickly. You don't want to spend a point in a high tier mastery only to stall for the next few levels until you can afford cores.

    With that being said, at 37, focusing on Recovery is probably your best option.

    I wasn’t clear. I’m level 42 with 37 mastery points.
