How the heck can you get enough T3 class catalysts before ISO expires?

This is so aggravating!
Trying to get specific T3 class catalysts, so, I naturally go to the daily event for the class in question, and the drops are worse than terrible. 3 weeks, yes, THREE WEEKS, of doing the hard path as many times as possible, and it STILL isn't enough to form 1 catalysts! It takes 2800 shards, and I now have 2700 from those 3 weeks, and I need 3 of them for 1 guy to rank up.
Today, I do the grand master free-for-all, and It gave me 100+35, which made 1 catalyst. I run it again, and this time, it gives me just basic shards? Eh? WHY? It doesn't give the 35 or 100 rewards again.
Some people have said do the solo milestones, I tried one of them, got 40,000 more points than the last milestone, and got 11-20% prize. While this did give me 1 T3 class catalyst crystal, it is 100% random on what you get, and it didn't give me the one I wanted, it gave me the one I didn't need, and had enough of them. Not to mention that I just don't have that kind of time to do that everyday.
So, seriously, how the heck do you get more T3cc's for the class that you need? I got a ton of ISO waiting, but I can't rank them up, so I would end up selling them for a very low gold price.
For T2cc's, I can just run through the daily, and get at least 1 full one each time.
