Arena Issue (prevented me from getting Thor Ragnarok dupe)

I was doing arena trying to get a Thor Ragnarok this weekend when my the game went crazy on me. I was loading in my champions when I first saw this issue come up all the details were white I didn't know how much power my opponent had and so I got special 3ed.All three times I couldn't tell where the power was at. This was very frustrating for me because It messed up my streaks and this was happening all of last night (the 17th of February) this was very frustrating to me because my Thor Ragnarok needs to be awakened to be good and I used my skill gem on daredevil and have no generic. Please read this issue and if anyone had a similar issue let me know

    I have video proof from my friend of this incident if that could help sort it out.

    Have you tried reconnecting to you network? Whenever things go blank on me I change to 4G or wi-fi and everything goes back to normal.
