Poor War matchmaking?

Has there been anyone else noticing poor war matchmaking with the seasons update? Our current was has us against A 3 MILLION stronger alliance. The one before was a solid match, and then one that was almost double our rating..

    I feel you guys pain. My Alliance is 4M and they put us against an 8M almost 9M alliance. Dudes have every defender at R5 LV75+ and most had 5* duped R4 o 3 and even 6*
    Come on Kagan, what's going on over there? We can never get paste 1,100 ranking cuz of this
    We win, get 1,100, we lose. Back to 1,000

    This happened to my alliance too. I think it is becasue ti is purely based on your war rating so if you won a lot in the old system you will suffer for it for awhile in the new system until you rating drops down to match you skill level in the new system.

    This is what I think is happening. We lost 3 in a row and our rating dropped and then we started getting more even matches and started winning again.
