i maxed my 3 star blade withe pl 1939 dup 99 but i saw seatin video and it was 2600
is there Mastery that Increase champion PI
and if there is tell me plz

    Suicides. All masteries that aren’t class specific will increase the pi of all champs but none do it as well as suicides. Really PI means absolutely nothing

    Specifically regarding Seatin, I'm not sure he runs Suicides (think he focused on maxing Glass Cannon / Deep Wounds / Assassin and putting a fair amount in Mystic Dispersion)

    Regardless, don't worry too much about PI right now, especially if you're not in an endgame alliance (I'm assuming this, since you're asking about a 3* Blade).

    If you're clearing content and having fun, you're doing great.
