Bleed damage against Colossus?!

Hey guys..

I just lost 49% health against colossus [not a bleed champ] in a story mode fight [act4: Chapter2:6 defiance]
I didn't even get hit, just a couple of blocks. I'm assuming bleed as the injury count was red. Constant ticking away.

Is there some kind of buff I don't know about? I noticed it once before and though it was a bug.

    Theres Gamblers fate node so, you got like a Poison or Degeneration? All Dot (damage over time) damage is in red.
