Looking of a merger of 1 whole BG

We are currently looking for a whole BG with its officer to merge into our alliance.
We got 1350 AW rating and this puts us currently is silver 1 but we used to be way up there.
We like to play maps 55422 or 55442, depending on AW attack, we can discuss AQ maps with the new group but we prefer to not do 5x5 since we prefer to focus on AW instead of AQ.
Our average member rating sits around 250k and we prefer the new group to be around the same level.
We are a mixed alliance from USA and Asia, we are all adult and respectful guys with very fun main chat.
