One question about venom

In the character description, while describing his passive abilities and after telling the last buff he can get at random, there are 5 bullets that describe a certain action he can do. What do they mean though? They say that the symbiote can passively replicate up to 100 opponent buffs during a battle? But you can only replicate with specials right? I can't understand what they mean or why there is 4 times the same thing in a row. I might just be stupid and not get their purpose but if anyone knows please explain.

    But how can he "attempt" to copy up to 100 effects? Is there an other way except from his specials?

    Just from his specials. They mean 1 of a possible 100 in game buffs.

    I had found the same bug on a discussion of mine. Huh. Guess I wasn't the only one to notice it.
