Recommendations on AW defense/offense and AQ Map 3 teams?

We are doing both AW and AQ simultaneously. AQ is map 3 advance 2.0X with Black Widow mini boss.

Need a recommendation of 5 AW defenders and 3 attackers. Also a team for AQ

Yondu(5*), Dorm(4*), Magik(4*), Agent venom(4*), and Spider man symbiote (4*) as defenders
Gwenpool(5*), Ghost rider(4*), and AA(4*) as attack
Angela(4*), hyperion(4*), and rulk(4*) as AQ
