    hello dude same problem here i posted just like this a month ago but no one answered they just know how to play and dont know how to help people like us....Administrators if u r seeing this plz help us.

    If you require further assistance with this process, please contact our Support team by submitting a ticket. To do this, simply tap on the grey gear icon, located in the in the top left corner of the game’s Home screen. From there, tap the button that says “Support”, and then tap on the option for “Need more help? Contact us”.
