Howling Commandos and season Summones should receive 5* Champions

If they start giving away goodies for free it'll become normal and everyone will then expect, then you have yourselves an impossible situation

If anything, I'd want them to raise the Summoners level first.. then ironing out some of the bugs, improved alliance event (Not quests or AW) rewards
