Crystal Drops

Not going to lie or sit here to complain but when always saving my units for speacialized characters with better drop rates, to get the crystals i always receive two stars or rarely a repeat three star, ive paid to buy characters amd special crystals i believe the system for drops is not good.

dont go for the crystals that guarantee a 2*, become uncollected and get 3* instead
