Dupped 5* CW to r3

Like the title says...is a dupped 5* Civil Warrior worth taking to r3? I have enough resources. He seems to have solid utility. Just not sure.

    For whatever reason I get fewer tech t4cc I have to be careful which tech champs I rank up. I have a duped 5* CW also and would like to r3 him just because he's a champ I've always liked. He's not great though, just fun to use and cool looking. Has decent utility though. Some day he will make r3 but not anytime soon. If you already have a couple tech at r3 or above sure why not but if he's one of your first probably not.

    Any other 5* tech champs? If not, i like him alot as well. He has good utility and is fun to use. I have him as a 5* unduped rank 3 and use him frequently.
