One of the great frustrations (especially for the semi-serious and end game players) is the lack of acknowledgement of reported bugs. The flair used in the Bugs and Known Issues ([Not a Bug], [Need More Information], etc) is a good start...but then the threads stop being updated with information, and no timelines are known.
In my experience, most dev teams have a priority bugs list and estimated deployment dates for fixes they track internally. Setting up an active view of this on the site would help everyone. The players would know if the bugs they're experiencing are already reported, duplicated, and in progress, so your forum moderators would have fewer posts about the same issues. The visibility would also assist the players in planning and resource usage, not to mention (hopefully) lowering frustration we feel when we can't get an answer on, say, when SWitch's power steal will be fixed.
Thanks.
