Ranking Up Champions

I've noticed that if we rank up our champions by Basic Iso, the power index and health and attack is less and if we rank them up by their science Iso and all that, all the strategies are more. Whats the solution ?

    I want to know that as well. The ISO used doesn't do anything to the champs stats

    Different Champs increases Stats at different points. They reach their Max Stats at different rates.

    My champ stats haven't changed in any way, they're still at base since the 12.0 update. I've been ignored or told it's fine.
