My account is banned?

Hi
On one day i opened Marvel CoC and logged in to my account and it said that my acc is banned cause i used hack.
I didnt use any hacks why in de hell did u ban me for ever?
And then with painful choice i reinstalled game and created new acc and after 3 days it was banned to.
WTF is going on? I heard from good streamers that their accounts are banned to. Did someone hack the game system and bans all players?

    Did you use an emulator like bluestacks? Did you share your account? Or did you just forget to turn your mods off?

    SpiritOfVengeace I didnt use Bluestacks programm (i hear it first time) I didnt share my acc. And i didnt use the mods or hacks. I was like all normal player
