An easier way to get Champions

Please make a monthly quest that if you completely explore you get the featured 2/3/4/5/6 star champion. What star you get depends on your level. 3-25 = 2 star, 26-35 = 3 star, 36-50 = 4 star, 51-60 = 5 star, and Uncollected = 6 star.
