Error message does not let me play

Everything seems to work in the background but the message does not let anything happen and when I touch it the game closes.
This message already has a good time, more than 2 months of not being able to play on the phone and having to resort to an emulator in which it is difficult to play, already tried in any possible way try to enter, reinstall the application, delete the Cache and anything that the kabam support has told me, even formatting the cell but nothing worked.
The kabam support has told me several things like that is a problem with the type of processor of my cell phone and also with my version of android.
I have a ZTE Blade V6 Android 5.0.2 phone that can not be upgraded.
I have even been given access to the beta version 13.1.2 but it remains the same.
Any idea how to solve the problem?

    It isn't a device problem, it is happening to most of the Android users.

    I dont know any android user that have this exact same problem
