Recently I got a new phone. I've been playing MCoC for almost year now and I am a relatively skilled player (can complete monthly uncollected 100%). I can do map 5 and AW tier 2/3 with ease, without using any potions or revives. However, as this game has become more and more irrelevant to me as it seems to be all about the money and not about the players, I am starting to lose interest in the game. And what has happened definitely is the end to my playing career on this game. I was on AW and joined in as backup, the miniboss was Iceman on the 2x power gain and unlockable sp2. Really not a bad fight since Iceman is in my top 3 at all times. I went in with Iceman, AA, Hyperion. Iceman and Hyperion here should have done the job but that was not the case. I ended up using 1300 units worth of resources and rhen some which I will lost shortly (this was basically all of my inventory that Ive been saving for the last 6 months).
This was copy and pasted from a ticket I sent to Kabam (I took out the swear words):
Iceman is the miniboss. Sp2 is unlockable so that's not bad and he has double power gain. I've had Iceman since the beginning so I thought it would be pretty easy as I know very well how to dodge both his specials. First fight with Hyperion, I parry him to get his armor of then try to dash back... NOPE. Iceman apparently starts hotting me when I'm blocking so I try again and wouldn't you know it Hyperion let's Iceman hit him. 1 down. 8 or so to go. Then I use Iceman same relative **** would happen. The game would not let me dexterity or dash back EVER after the first parry and Iceman would just hit me while blocking dealing a ton of damage plus his initial cold snap since it's a duped 5* Iceman. F this. I used 1360 units in total plus 2 level 3 single alliance revive and a level 1 team alliance revive (1 level 3 alliance health potion - h.p., 3 level 4 alliance h.p., 4 level 2 alliance team h.p., 1 level 3 alliance team h.p., 1 level 3 alliance team revive). This is the end. Before I continue this where I try a last time let me put into point form the the various ways I got completely f over (things that happen like Icemans initial cold snap aren't mentioned because that's known bs of Kabam):
- not being able to dash back/dexterity: I parry Iceman to get rid of his armor then he comes back right away and the game doesn't let me dash back as much as I try (I even spammed it with my fingers occasionally and it wouldn't even work) so I either eat a few blocked punches or just start getting hit since my champ decides to stop blocking entirely.
- Iceman not using his special: this too happened many times and as described below where I went in one last time with Iceman against Iceman I get f over. But not only this but with Hyperion as well. How long shall I continue to bate out the sp2 and in how many ways. I have not faced an enemy that decides to keep in there special that much unless its ofcourse on a node such as that. I knew too not to let Iceman get to his sp3 even when I was using my Iceman myself since he puts a cold snap on his opponent which would even take out my Iceman after surviving the sp3(because of armor).
- parry with Hyperion then he just stands there not using heavy: this is happening TOO FING OFTEN. I AM HOLDING MY SCREEN FOR HIM TO USE HIS HEAVY ATTACK WHILE ICEMAN IS STUNNED... NOTHING. On top of the two other **** things I then have to deal with this eh Kabam. I just completely waste his stun time and then I'm forced to dash back then try again but also his armor is almost fully back by then. You guys never seem to disappoint with the many flaws.

What I wrote under is already been written write after I went into that last battle. F this game. I even tried 1 last time while writing this and let me explain to you play by play what happens. I go in fighting well. Parry and manage to get back after getting hit once while blocking (can never avoid this apparently). Start hitting him by intercept then parry hit some more. He gets to his 2nd special. This is perfect. (I dexterity his sp1 once but prefer sp2). I start batting out his special. NOTHING. I dash back hit him when blocking and dash back, he won't use it. I resort to standing there like what I do with Spider-Man stark enhanced and dexterity when he comes in to hit me hoping he would use his sp2 nothing. I go back to hitting him 1 while blocking then dashing back. NOTHING. This goes on for a bit then I go in to hit him while blocking... wouldn't you know it here is the sp2 all of a sudden and I'm dead with max possible health after getting hit with the initial cold snap (had like 8k left since I put in 2 6k health potions into Iceman for that battle). If that's not an indication for me to stop playing this game I don't know what is. Skill is absolutely not a factor in this game.
That was what I sent. What they send back, just a carbon copy response that you get from putting in any other ticket and them saying there is no compensation which cam be done. Haha, just a big f you basically.This game is flawed is so many ways and I am calling quits on it. The fact that their customer support is non-existent helps with this decision. Sorry for whoever actually read all of this but Kabam doesn't care about us and it's just the facts
