Who is really better nebula or punisher 2099?? I have both as 5* undupped and have to make a rank up decision.. which to r3.. So hard.. So what do you guys think (I know it depends on my needs) I don't have a double immune champ, and I don't have a heal block or power control champion....

    I would say Nebula, she can regenerate, reduce power, and shock, all that while she is unduped

    nebula, she might be a bit tricky to use as you need to build up the shocks as much as possible, but once you get used to her she can be very useful.

    I would definitely go for nebula
