PLEASE HELP ME!

To the developer(s),
I downloaded this game earlier today around 5:30pm and purchased 3 different upgrades that were available totaling to roughly $17. I then opened the the app moments ago to find that all my progress and money spent had been erased and that I was back to the introduction stage. At this point if anyone can help me retrieve my last progress it will be much appreciated. If not I would be happy with restarting my progress and being compensated for the time and money I spent.

Hey Chris_casha, your concerns in this instance would be best directed to our Support team. To submit a Support ticket, simply tap on the grey gear icon, located in the in the top left corner of the game’s Home screen. From there, tap the button that says “Support”, and then tap on the option for “Need more help? Contact us”.

After verifying your ownership of the account, our Support team will be able to assist you with recovering your lost progress in the game. When submitting your ticket, please include the following details about your account:

1- Last 2 Unit Purchases. You should provide the transaction dates and amount of real-world currency spent, if applicable (you can obtain this information from your Game Center or Google Play receipts, or from other financial records)
2- Account Creation Date, approximate to within 60 days. You can obtain this information by checking your Game Center or Google Play Achievements history and finding the date of the oldest achievement for MCoC
3- Last Login Date
4- Device Model and OS you were playing on
5- Your Account's Name as it is displayed in-game
6- Email address linked to your account (this can also be your Game Center or Google Play ID)
7- General information about the account like:
- Summoner Level
- A few of your most powerful Champions (including Star-rating, Rank, and Level)
- Alliance Name, if you are a member of one
