Luke Cage bugged, Invuln not triggering on..

I have 4* Rank 80 and a 5* had it happen in AQ and just now in the Monthly event against Magneto's L2. I take damage as if I blocked, but I actually Dex it, but either way the Invuln did not kick off..
In AQ i got one Shot by one of the Purple guys L2, no invuln was up, nor did it trigger.
