Recruiting for Red Hood 4 Hire (RH4H)
We are looking for dedicated members who are at least 150k who can help keep our alliance growing. We recommend you have a roster solid enough to be able to handle map 4 and AW simultaneously. This means 2 decent attack teams and 5 decent defenders. A basic understanding of nodes and how they function is a must.
We require all recruits to participate in Alliance Quest, Alliance Wars, and Alliance Events (Such as Duel Skirmish, Summoner Advancement, etc.). Working to better the alliance should be your main objective. If for some reason something comes up and you cannot participate, you must contact an officer and keep open communication.
We hit rank levels for Summoner Advancement weekly. Each member is expected to score 9k points each week. Once we hit a comfortable number for rank we save our crystals until the following week. We have been consistently earning nice rank rewards with this method, guaranteeing us 4 and 5* shards every week.
Line communication is required. It's a free app that ties the group together. We would not be nearly as strong without it. It streamlines communication while removing the obnoxious character limits in game. It makes it easy to ask for help in game. You can also share screenshots, and we have many resources saved with tips and tricks.
Do not be discouraged if you see a full roster or you don't meet the minimum requirements. We may still have room available. We are also recruiting members and officers for our sister alliance: I Pity the Fool (IPTF!). If we run out of space, or you do not meet the requirements, we can use our sister alliance until everything becomes ready. This alliance (IPTF!) will act as a waiting room and training grounds until there is space or you become eligible.
