Which 2 heroes to rank up to 4/55?

I have Ghost Rider, Iceman, Stark Spidey as primary guys to go to 4/55. I have 8 tier 2 Alphas. Other than that Drax and Ultron maybe. All of them are unduped. Can you tell me which ones would you rank up and maybe tell me why. Thanks
