Natural dexterity in champions

I know NC and Vulture have built-in dexterity abilities, but I can’t seem to recall. Is there anybody else who has this kind of ability? I need a good counter to dorm, and I don’t have gulk or blade

Come to think of it, any advice for fighting dorm (duped) would be great as well

All spideys and black widow have evade. But don't do that, it messes you up. Get good at wall intercepting and use power control like voodoo, magik, and hawkeye

What I meant was abilities that read like “This champion evades all attacks when dashing back”
Like NC’s “bamf” ability

I don’t think any of them even have what he’s talking about, we aren’t talking about Evade, we’re talking about built in dexterity.

Edit: Yeah, I think only Nightcrawler and Vulture have built in dexterity, sparky has the dexterity mastery recommended in his spotlight because he needs it.
