Who to R4 and Awaken?

Hey guys i have a OG Cap and Hulk and i want to know which of these should i R4 and Awaken. My current team is R4 Wolv,X-23,Magik and 5* Spidey 3/5.

    Hulk. He is a great Dormammu killer too

    I'd go with Hulk too. His once of the best science characters, with WW2 Cap, Quake, Spidey and YJ
