Timer on LOL?

Two mondays ago, my son and I were kicked out of LOL at Maestro. We saved resources for months, spent way too much money. iTunes refunded the unit purchases, but kabam has done nothing but promise me the bug will be fixed. I just want back my spent resources. Did I miss a timer on LOL?
