Order of buffs

Can someone confirm for me the order in which buffs are applied? I assume that it is mastery, synergy, and (for Alliance War defense) node. Is this correct?

I’ve tried searching for an official answer on this, but to no avail; and after several days and a couple dozen views, no solid answer. Could you please provide confirmation on the order in which the masteries, synergies, and node buffs are applied?

Also, because poison damage is dealt as a percentage of the champion’s attack, would placing a hero who deals poison damage on a node that has an attack buff result in a correlating increase to poison output? I know that attack increases as a result of Masteries have no effect.
