Has anyone else had a 4 star character from a crystal but got given a two star character instead

I keep landing on 3-4 star characters but I get given 2 star characters instead and it goes away to fast that I can't screen shot it

    It's just the spin. If you don't want to see that, just click on the Open # Crystals.

    Its a bug bro unfortunately kabam probably won't fix it either
