Old annoying chat problem

Has been here for ages but would be a relief to have a fix on it.
###### is what annoys. I get it if there has been used bad language, but in "normal" alliance discussion it is really disturbing. Chat is pretty lame already but ######## makes it sometimes impossible to change ideas.
And no...we don't use chat apps and never will.
