You can just throw a heavy attack using X23 or Electra to mordo and it just do not trigger astral evade

Easiest Way# = Use Drax, fight like normal
Typical Way# = Parry and use heavy
Another way# = Wait for stun timer to expire, and proceed
Another way# = Don't do parry/stun, use the intercept method, or bait his SP out and intercept
Harder way# = Use quake, no touching, hands-free, shake him to death
