No more Marvel Insider points for completing EQ?

I'm not seeing an option for collecting points for EQ completion. Is that not happening anymore?

Your EQ is refering to Event Quest, correct?
This is what I'm seeing (saw that since few days ago). I'm seeing it just fine.
Is this what you are refering to?

@shchong2 I logged out and back in and they showed up. Not sure why they didn't show up before.

@JohnnyVsTheContest , that's great, hmmm probably just some caching issue I supposed, cache not reflecting new data to your browser.

Didn't realise you have it refreshed and resolved when I was typing the reply. When I was typing, haven't seen your 2nd post yet, haha, what a timing

Oh btw, FYI only in the past 2 months, I encountered some issues with the claims.

E.g. In Dec, when I claimed all 3, one after another, I didn't check the claim record/history. One day I took my trouble to check the points deposited by M-Insider, only to find out they only deposited 1 out of 3. I checked further, only to find out my previous claim only got 1 out of 3 registered. So I submitted a ticket, after 3 weeks, the points were reimbursed.

In Jan, when I claimed all 3 again, after knowing the previous problem, after I claimed all 3, I check the claimed history, and once again only 1 out of 3 got registered. Once again I submitted a ticket, however since no points are being reimbursed this early, I don't know how it will turn out.

Then In Feb, I was being extra careful. I only claim 1 per day, meaning say monday I only claim Beginner points, more than 24 hours later then only I login again to claim Intermediate points, and more than 24 hours later only then I claim the hard level points. Seems like no more problem doing this way.
