Clouds with X’s on them...

For some reason my heroes like Medusa don’t show Medusa but show a cloud with an x on them, also with some item. Anyone know how to fix that?

You have limited space on your phone. The game created files on your phones memory and if their is no space some heroes pic won't be on the phone so the game can access it. Free up som3 space and restart the game and the clouds should go away.

Haha, just kidding, joke aside, 2nd_slingshot and few other folks are right about the phone memory/space.
