Morningstar vs OML

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know why Morningstar's sig doesn't activate the regen of off OML regen? I realize it would be cheap, but the regen is not a passive, is it? At least the icon doesn't indicate a passive (compare to Sabertooth for example).

    It is a passive regen. It can't be nullified

    OML's regen is weird. It isn't displayed as a passive but it also can't be nullified by any champ other than MS
