I used mine on voodoo from the one I got from 100% on act 4. And I'm definitely glad I did he is so much better than he already was.

Dr. Voodoo, sw, or wolvie. I don't have a 4 or 5 star voodoo so i cant attest to how useful he is, but it's pretty obvious that hes amazing. Personally i prefer sw because although she is more unreliable she is also more powerful imo
