Alliance Quest nodes, are the champs always the same?

I know certain nodes, I know there's poison lanes, bleed lanes, etc, and I know the minis and boss are the same but I'm getting to know map 5 and I'm not sure if the champs are always going to be the same. Dealt with an Electro on the first node of the inner right lane in the first portion of map 5. Next node is 40% poison boost. I'm expecting Abomination. Are these nodes and all other nodes always occupied by the same opponent, do they change from 1st map of the week to the 5th? Thanks in advance.
