Looking for an Alliance Merge

Hi,
a 7.8 Mil alliance is looking for a merge with another alliance in order to play 3 Bgs once again. we have some inactive players that will have to go and we would like to replace them with another group of players.
We need between 7-10 strong players that willing to take a part of our lovely alliance.
At this moment with 8 wins in raw we cant progress much at AW and we are only at Silver1, once we play 3 Bgs I m sure that could easily get into Gold 1-2.
We do AQ 5-4-4-4-2 but our main focus is at AW.
