Crystal Tabs

In the crystal page, there are three tabs: crystals, crystal shards, and special. I am unable to access both the crystal shards and the special tabs. I try to press the screen where the tab is, and nothing happens. I have constant notifications in that area, and am unable to use those features. I've tried deleting the app, redownloading it, and restarting my phone. The problem persists. I tried to submit a ticket, but the page wont allow it for some reason. I figured Id try here. Help please!

    Clean your screen protector? change it? get a new phone?

    Sadly, that's not the root of the problem. iPhone 7, the entire screen works for any other app, and even at the same places on the app with different pages
