Skilled and chilled, looking for map 1-2 and no line (4k prestige)

I've been playing the game for the past year along with my son.
I reached that point where I have to put the game aside - you know what I'm talking about...
My son would like to continue playing and I want to find a good fit for him, that would give him a nice supply of alliance rewards and allow him to join AQ and/or AW without assigned paths or need to communicate.
He is quite skilled and can take down minibosses and bosses in war and maps 2-3.
He cleared his own paths when we were doing maps 4 and 5.
He has 4 champs at 5/50 (Iceman duped, Cap WWII duped, Hulk 5* r3 and GR) and loads of others at 4/40 including AA duped.
He's at level 48 and has a ranking of 150k.
I'm looking for an alliance that doesn't require LINE (he won't be communicating) and can fill in a spot with a player that will not be as active as others.
