Looking for dying/disbanding or sister alliance!

Hey, I know this isn’t the most conventional post but I am looking for an alliance that has decent war and quest rankings who are disbanding. Either that or looking for an alliance with around 1400 war rating and expert tier aq ranking who wants to have a sister alliance where they can do 5x5 and 3 wars but if some members want to go down to 55522 and 1-2 wars, they can just switch alliances.
