    press ALT F4 and u will get 5 4 stars, 3 5 stars and 1 6 star.

    There is no special way... it is like a 1% chance to get one (Kabam say 2%). Just need top open a lot of them... that is the only way to get more 4*s and 3*s.

    You gotta pray to RNJesus, the other day I popped open two PHCs and got 20 more sig levels on my 4* Angela (her special ability is kind of useless but I'll take the 5* shards and the cosmic Iso)
