M.O.D.O.K’s lab reroll isn’t working right

Whenever you use a reroll item the buffs change. But when you leave the screen Befor fighting that node and then comeback the previous buffs (before the reroll) are there instead of the new ones (after the reroll) and you lose your reroll item.

I don’t think this should happen. Correct me if I’m wrong.
