Help all button

Come on Kabam we have asked about this multiple times with no answer from you guys.

I am in an alliance that is very arena orientated at 11.3mil rating.

I go away from the game for 1.5hrs and there are 690 help requests to go through. I am not going to sit there and help 4 at a time! That is the dumbest thing ever. Please give us a help all button so we press it once to help all the requests and get back to playing the game.

    not to mention on the grinder side of things press help for a single character each time......
    waste of time...

    i guess you cant "help all" as 1000 loyalty per day only so need save for other members.

    but yeah, totally understand your point.

    If you would have researched this subject you would have found out that they have commented on this subject multiply times.
    This request is impossible at the current moment in the game because each time you request help it pings the server and if the server got hit with 690 requests all at once it would crash

    I've thought about this a lot.

    It's not true.

    Wait, wait, hear me out. I can prove it isn't true. There are two issue with it.

    First, a "help all" button and a "request help for all" button would created less server traffic, not more. Instead of sending out 40 packets of information when you request help, you send out 1. That's 1 header and a list of 40 champs (probably just represented by one 32bit number each), instead of 40 headers and 40 champion IDs. That's a lot less data hitting the server. The "Help All" button wouldn't be quite as compact since that would help multiple people, but if 12 of the requests are from one person, that's still 1 packet instead of 12.

    Second, we know it wouldn't crash the servers because the level up menu already works this way. You can select one piece of ISO and level up if you want to. You can also select select 30 different pieces of ISO with different combinations of class and tier. It takes slightly longer for the little loading wheel to turn before the transaction with the server is processed, but it's a lot faster than picking them individually, and it doesn't crash the server. In fact, tons of people are leveling up at the same time whenever a Level Up Event starts, so if this kind of activity were problematic, that's when the servers would crash.They don't.

    Even if Kabam didn't make a "Help All" button, they could definitely make things better. There are other games by Kabam that have the same type of system but are much more responsive.

    So no, this upgrade to the game would not crash the servers. I don't understand why they're saying that it would. I'd really like it if Kabam would take a look at this issue again.
